Különleges épület,szerencsére nem egyedi.Az építészeti stílusok érdekes keveredését jelzi,hogy a homlokzat barokk jellegű,a kapualjban a régi gótikára jellemző ülőfülkék találhatóak,a belső udvar pedig tipikus reneszánsz. Tudtommal ilyen keveredett stílusú lakóházak csak Sopronban vannak.
